The workshop will cover a range of topics focused on optimizing business operations, including but not limited to productivity hacks, leveraging biz ops technology, team efficiency strategies, and uncovering hidden growth opportunities. The sessions are interactive, ensuring practical and actionable insights.
The workshop will be led by Nick Sonnenberg, CEO of Leverage, and Jessica Carroll, Head of Events & Community at Leverage. Both are seasoned experts in operational efficiency and business strategy, bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the event.
The activities such as horseback riding and cooking classes are optional and may incur additional costs. We recommend participants to check with the Modern Elder Academy for specific activity pricing and to book in advance.
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. Modern Elder Academy offers luxurious lodging options. We advise booking your stay directly with the ranch as soon as possible after registering for the workshop, as availability is limited.
